The awkward questions
What happens if I leave?
Your reviews are not ours and never were. They live on Google and on Yelp. Stop paying and they are exactly where they were, replies and all.
Does it cost more when I get more reviews?
No. A busy month is the month you most need the help, and charging you for it would be a strange way to say so.
I have two shops. Can I put both in?
Yes. Add the second one and it is $29 a month as well. They stay separate — their own reviews, their own team, their own voice, their own alerts — and the switcher at the top of every screen moves you between them.
Will it post something while I am asleep?
Only if you have turned on automatic replies for happy reviews, and only those. An unhappy review always waits for you, whatever your settings say.
